Cup type welding line
The connector tail pin is a notched cup. Put the wire into the welding wire cup and connect the wire to the connector by melting the solder.
Wire crimping type
Crimping is a technique of connecting wires to contact pairs in order to compress and displace the metal within specified limits.
A good crimp connection can produce a metal intermelting flow that causes the wires and contacts to symmetrically deform the material. This kind of connection is similar to cold welding connection, can obtain better mechanical strength and electrical continuity, can withstand harsher environmental conditions.
It is generally accepted that a correct crimping connection is preferable to tin welding, especially when crimping must be used in high current applications. Special crimping pliers or automatic or semi-automatic crimping machine shall be used when crimping. According to the cross section of the conductor, the right contact tube should be selected correctly.
Note that the crimp connection is permanent and can only be used once.
Wire wrap type
The tail end of the contact piece is a long column with a square section. The wire is wound around the tail end of the contact piece through the winding equipment, so that the deformation occurs at the edges and corners, and the close contact connection between the wire and the pin is realized.
